General Terms and Conditions ~Payment Plans~ • Payment plans can be arranged for any animal $1000 or more. • Payment plans start with a minimum 25% price non-refundable, non-transferable down payment. This will guarantee that your animal is held and no longer for sale, • No animal is considered sold or held until payment is received. • If the payment plan is NOT paid in full within agreed upon time frame, or the payment plan is considered abandoned and no refund or store credit will be made. ~Shipping~ • Primary shipping: Next day delivery via FedEx overnights. • Live arrival is guaranteed if video of animal is provided withing 1 hour of receiving animal and lows are above 35°F and below 90°F for both origin and destination.
